Refund Policy

At Field & Fang, every item is made to order. Because of this, we don’t offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or colour preference.

That said — if something’s not right, we’ll always make it right.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or misprinted, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

If the issue is confirmed, we’ll offer a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item, we’ll sort it out. Get in touch within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll organise a replacement or refund.

Sizing

Please choose your size carefully using the size charts provided. As items are printed to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing unless the item is faulty.

Sale Items

All sale or discounted items are final sale unless faulty.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear, depending on your bank.
